Noel is a NIDA acting graduate.He has appeared with many of the major theatre companies in Australia and has toured nationally and internationally as well as numerous television guest and lead roles.As well as his work for ABC radio,Noel has twice been nopminated for the TDK National Library Talking Book Awards and has been nominated several times for the RBS Talking Book Awards.He has also been voted RBS Narrator of the Year.He has recorded voice-overs for training films and CD-ROMS and has re-voiced characters and group looped for Farscape and other productions.
