International Casting Service & Associates (ICS) is a well known Theatrical Agency that represents many of the finest Australian artists working in theatre, film, television, radio and business media, both nationally and overseas.
The Sydney based agency was created by the late Gloria Payten in 1961 and initially represented actors.
In 1990 ICS and Associates expanded their area of representation, and currently represents directors, writers, theatre designers, lighting designers, film and television production designers, costume designers, directors of photography and media consultants.
An additional sub group of the agency, ICS Voices, also provides voice-over artists for television commercials, documentaries, corporate videos, book readings and business events...
To foster the development of film, television and theatre in Australia, Gloria Payten established two bequests, which annually provided fellowships for Australian actors and directors to travel overseas and broaden their professional knowledge and expertise, then returning to Australia to enrich the industry.
ICS has proudly and passionately represented hundreds of Australian artists over a period spanning nearly 50 years and continues to do so as one of the leading agencies in Australia.
